Service Delivery
Upon payment, clients receive onboarding information via email within 1 business day. Depending on the scope of the engagement, custom AI infrastructure setup and consulting services begin shortly thereafter, according to the project timeline agreed upon during onboarding.
Monthly Plans
Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Clients may cancel future billing at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Annual Plans
Annual payments provide discounted access to services and are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun. We offer full transparency into the service scope before payment is made, and encourage clients to ask questions beforehand.
Refunds & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@langstrothstrategic.com so we can resolve it promptly. We aim to maintain transparent, high-trust relationships and resolve concerns directly and efficiently.
